Innovation Network Certification is an honor achieved by those facilities that have assumed the responsibility for Culture Change and are moving along in the process.

To achieve certification, the facility must meet all the criteria outlined in this process.

Once a facility has received certification, there will be an on-going process to remain certified.  Facilities will be required to respond to a questionnaire every two years that will support their continuing efforts.
